Returns & Exchanges
Order Returns
We have a 14 day return policy. Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our studio by the end of these 14 days. Please make sure that all items are in its original packaging. Kindly note that Amy O has the right to deny a return should it show signs of wear.
We understand pieces may not work out for you and that’s okay. When returning...
- All Items (excluding made-to-order pieces) must be unworn and in its original packaging.
- All items excluding shoulder and headpieces are returnable. No Exceptions will be made. If an item is returned and it appears to be used, damaged, altered in anyway, no refund can be given.
- At this time we only offer returns and exchanges for U.S. orders.
- Must arrive no later than 14 days (International orders - 30 days) after the delivery date. Returns that arrive at our studio after the time frame will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
- Please fill out the return/exchange form included in your order when returning. Not doing so will delay the processing time.
- At this time we only offer returns and exchanges for U.S. orders.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days after we receive your package. A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
Please note your original shipping fee and any duties and taxes incurred upon original delivery are not refundable.
Exchanges
In order to process an exchange, you must return your item within 14 days upon delivery date. Once we receive the item you want to exchange, we will issue you a refund and you must place a new order.
Wrong Item or Damaged Item
Amy O Bridal will provide a return shipping label only if the wrong item was sent or if the item was received damaged. Please email hello@amyobridal.com
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
