Q: Can I visit your showroom to see your jewelry in person?

A: Our Studio is currently not open to the public. If you are concerned about sizing, you can click on the "size chart" shown in each listing to assist with measurement questions. For custom/ made to order items, including headpieces, body chains, and most necklaces (noted in the description), we have provided a drop-down menu with a variety of measurement options you can choose from.

Q: What if I don't see my size in the listing for custom pieces? 

A: You can email us at hello@amyobridal.com with your measurement requests and we will do our best to craft your piece true to your size.

Check out our Size Chart to ensure your custom piece is the right fit.

Q: How long does it take to receive a custom made-to-order piece?

Made-to-order items, ships out 15-20 business days after purchase (not including shipping delivery time). Expedite crafting time is available for an additional cost. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do! Check out our Shipping Page for more information. 

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes we do! When you join our newsletter you receive an additional 10% off your order. We also offer FREE shipping on orders $100 or more. 

Q: I purchased a custom piece but realized I've had a change of heart. Can I return it?

A: Yes we do accept returns on all our items, excluding shoulder piece.  We understand if you may change your mind about your purchase and are happy to offer returns for all our items. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information. 

Q: I need my item ASAP. Do you offer rush delivery? 

A: If you need your pieces to arrive sooner, a faster shipping method is available at checkout. This option does not apply to international orders.
