We process and ship orders from New York City within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. The processing and shipping times depend on the items you are ordering. DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
We offer FREE Domestic Shipping sitewide! This does not include free returns. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you need your pieces to arrive sooner, a faster shipping method is available at checkout. Expediting shipping does not expedite made-to-order crafting times.
Choosing the wrong shipping method will delay the delivery time frame, but we are here to help. Standard Delivery
All orders that include the standard shipping option are shipped via USPS. The tracking will only show where the package is in the USA and will not update once the package is overseas. The only time tracking will update overseas is when it has been delivered.
Please note that transit times can vary as packages sometimes get held at customs. Unfortunately we cannot control this, as it is in the hands of your country’s customs officials. The usual transit time may increase and your order can be delayed up to 7 weeks. It is not common, but it happens occasionally.
Expedited Delivery
We use DHL or Fedex to process all expedited international orders. These are our most reliable carriers that will provide status updates of your order as it travels in the US and overseas.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
You are responsible for the import duties and taxes designated by your country. These rates vary greatly by country and we do not have control over these charges and cannot provide estimates. These import duties and taxes are NOT included when you place your order.
PACKAGE REFUSAL
If you refuse your order to avoid paying import duties and taxes or if you decide you do not want your order, the return shipping fee charged to AMY O Bridal will be deducted from your return.
